This year’s Elevate conference from monday.com was a turning point.
At OmniShelf, we were proud to be on the floor with our partner SOTI, showing how retail operations can be transformed when shelf visibility meets connected workflows.
Elevate is monday.com’s annual flagship conference designed to help professionals and organisations “lead in the era of AI, get inspired by forward-thinking leaders, and gain skills to maximise the full value of monday.com.”
Key facts from the event:
- Over 5,000 attendees from across the world
- 30% of participants were directors or higher
- 70% represented mid-market and enterprise organisations
- Dozens of keynotes, panels, and masterclasses focused on workflow efficiency and AI
In short, Elevate is where digital operations, collaboration, and innovation meet.
For retailers, the opportunity is clear: close the gap between what happens on the shelf and what your systems reflect.
That is exactly what OmniShelf and SOTI showcased.
SOTI brings expertise in mobile device and IoT management.
OmniShelf delivers real-time shelf data through computer vision.
monday.com provides the unified workspace to bring it all together.
Together, we demonstrated how integrated data flows can help retailers:
- Detect and resolve shelf issues faster
- Reduce inventory inaccuracies
- Improve team communication and execution
The AI-first agenda at Elevate showed how automation and intelligent workflows are now essential for success.
Our sales and solutions team led live demos on the floor, showing how OmniShelf’s real-time shelf insights appear instantly in monday.com dashboards.
Visitors saw how SOTI-managed devices could trigger tasks, updates, and alerts in real time, creating a truly connected in-store experience.
The interest from retailers was strong. Many saw immediate potential for using this system to improve both shelf accuracy and staff efficiency.
A key theme from Elevate was that AI alone is not enough.
The real advantage comes when AI is built into everyday workflows that teams already use.
That message perfectly aligns with OmniShelf’s mission: visibility only becomes valuable when it leads to action.
Many sessions focused on practical learning:
- Hands-on masterclasses for monday.com users
- Certification tracks to help professionals adopt the platform more effectively
- Breakout sessions for sales, operations, and development teams
For our customers, this means our integrations can be implemented by teams who already understand monday.com deeply.
What makes modern operations work is not a single tool, but how tools connect.
At Elevate, we explored how device management, data analytics, and workflow automation can all come together to deliver measurable retail results.
As we return from Elevate 2025, here is how our experience translates into value for our clients:
We are accelerating our integration roadmap with monday.com.
We are aligning our solutions with SOTI’s enterprise platform for scale.
We are focusing on the “skills plus tools” model to help retailers adopt faster.
We are turning lessons from Elevate into actionable retail playbooks.
A huge thank you to monday.com for hosting an incredible event, and to everyone who visited our booth and shared ideas.
We also thank our partner SOTI for helping us demonstrate what is possible when shelf visibility, device management, and workflow automation work together.
